• Facilitate 6 group therapy sessions per week on topics such as anger management, coping skills, mindfulness, time management, grief, and depression. Conduct 1:1 therapy if needed.
• Perform case management and crisis intervention, including conducting psychosocial assessments, authoring treatment plans, and updating treatment plans as needed.
• Process conservatorship applications and work with clients to connect them to mental health services after discharge.

• Liaised with the Los Angeles courts, DHS, and DMS, to coordinate mental health and recovery support services for homeless individuals recently released from jail. Maintained updated service plans.
• Carried a caseload of 15 clients, providing client-centered and trauma-informed care to individuals in the ODR program.
