Baseline NAS produced under NAVFAC MACC 2020 are loaded with cost breakdown to corresponding level of activities to reflect contract amount awarded.
- Produce Level 1 and Level 2 schedules for bid preparations as per contract and project scope requirements.
- Produce invoices to client (NAVFAC – Far East) monthly in reference to contractor accomplishment completed monthly.
- Coordinate on site activities and monitor/inspect productivity if baseline schedule is being met and discussing mitigation plans on delayed schedules.
- Produce progress reports weekly of several projects including delayed activities, percent accomplished versus percent planned.
- Attend planning meetings with client to ensure that schedule as planned is being met.
- Provide time impact analysis for extension of time requests as required by contract specifications.
- Review expenses versus firm-fixed-price budget as awarded by NAVFAC contract.
- Assess and report cash flow projected up to 6 months and ensure that revenue is being projected realistically.
- Produce S-Curves of planned and actual accomplished payments and monitor accordingly projected payments from client (NAVFAC).
- Ensure that activities are in compliance with NAVFAC MACC Basic and Project Specifications as provided in contract by NAVFAC.
- Give inputs on how to meet civil required quality on site including but are not limited to, soil compactions, concrete mixes, laboratory procedures, design considerations and procedural compliance.
- Monitor and conduct tests for aggregates, subbase, base course aggregates using ASTM standards in relation to construction of Apron in Airfield project. Tests and procedures conducted includes sampling of aggregates, sieve analysis, CBR, liquid limit, plastic limit, slump test, air content, compressive strength test, etc. as within scope of training from ACI.
