Summary

I have been an educator for 22 years. Of those 22 years, 18 have been as a middle and high school math teacher, 4 years as an assistant principal, and some community college experience. I have served and currently serve urban communities in Miami and Los Angeles. My experience includes building relationships amongst all stakeholders, coaching teachers, effectively teaching mathematics, collaborating with a variety of colleagues, promoting a positive safe school and classroom culture, and supporting all students in academic achievement, extracurricular activities and life skills in preparation for post high school endeavors.
