• Supervision of the clinical staff (LVNs and MAs); conduct the evaluation process, maintain yearly staff competencies, provide all necessary training for new and existing staff and review staff timesheets for accuracy
• Ensuring that all applicable policies and standards are maintained at all times
• Planning for and adjusting staffing on a daily basis to maintain efficient and adequate operations
• Overseeing orders, supply auditing, ensuring all equipment is operational, and the maintenance/upkeep of the practice
Managing the Quality Assurance process
• Dispense medication as prescribed by medical provider
• Assess patients for symptoms of withdrawal, and collect information for dose evaluations.
• Ensure all medication is accounted for at the beginning and at the end of the shift.
• Conduct and provide dose verifications as needed.
