Monitors and ensures all store policies are followed by Team Members during the shift (e.g. cash
policies, meal and break policies, food safety policies)
Assists the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and transactions during their shift
Displays knowledge of and works in compliance with Tim Hortons operating, food safety, security,
health and safety, and employment standards and applicable legislation.
Maintains operational efficiency through use of positioning charts and pre-rush checklists
Complies with and enforces all Tim Hortons operating standards
Responds to Guest service complaints in a timely manner, resolving problems and turning
potentially negative situations into positive situations
Escalates to storeowner or manager any issues or problems that occur during shift.

Reports to Store Owner and/or Manager on employee performance (positive or negative)
Supervises and provides ongoing, specific direction to employees Assists the Store Owner and/or
