Attributions and responsibilities:


  • Responsible for accepting individual reservations and processing them;
  • Managed and insert reservations booked by third-party agents and sites; (booking, Expedia, airlines lay overs, etc.)
  • Answered incoming phone calls and developed friendly rapport with callers while answering questions, making recommendations, and leading conversations to bookings.

Volunteer work

I carried out voluntary work with children from 2016 to 2017 in a non-profit organization (N.G.O), in Belo Horizonte - Brazil, where I helped mainly with childcare, also participating in a social project in the Sumaré, promoting activities and social projects for the entire community.

In 2018 I also had the opportunity to volunteer at a summer camp promoted by a religious institution in Edmonton Canada, providing support with recreational activities.
