· Ensure the processes associated with maintaining an accurate inventory are being adhered to.

· Communicate and address concerns and issues.

· Identify and research new procedures and protocols for process improvement; present these to warehouse

management.

· Cycle count raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials daily.

· Utilize Manual cycle counts process on all materials.

· Utilize excel software to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity.

· Ensure materials are in proper locations. Conducts searches to locate misclassified inventory.

· Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervision - publish weekly and quarterly

inventory metrics

· Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies

and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)

· Assist in receiving and put away process for new rows and packaging.

· Assist in transfers to and from production area.

· Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.

· Maintain neat, clean and orderly warehouse appearance.

· Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.

· Ensure proper and full time use of PPE.

· Conform to all quality and safety procedures.

· Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.

· Comfortable in working in cold (30°) and warm (80°) weather.

· Comfortable working outdoors year-round under seasonal weather including rain and hot temperatures.

· Occasional climbing in and out of trailers with no step ladders.

· Use of an RF Gun needed to perform daily tasks.

· Use of own vehicle to occasionally travel to and from our different facilities. Mileage reimbursed.

· Flexible to work on Weekends.

· Flexible to work changing schedules depending on required work.

· Other duties as assigned.
