Eduardo Gonzalez

As a deliveries and sales floor associate in multiple departments, I was assigned to hand pick orders placed online and bulk orders for jobsite projects. I was responsible for leading a team of 4 other associates to ensure all deliveries were completed by the end of the day and was responsible for checking each order had the right product and quantity to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, communicating with delivery truck drivers and loading items onto a flatbed truck with a forklift was another part of my job. On the sales floor, we were trained to show exemplary customer service. From helping customers find their item of choice to providing solutions for their household projects or needs; I went above and beyond to provide each customer a pleasant experience inside of my department. I would say communication, exemplary customer service, and problem solving are my greatest takeaways from my time working at The Home Depot.
