Accomplishments

Successfully revitalized two underperforming properties—one affordable housing and one multifamily LIHTC—by addressing critical compliance, occupancy, and resident conduct issues. At the affordable housing site, brought the community back into regulatory alignment by completing multiple years of overdue recertifications and enforcing lease compliance, including resolving non-payment issues and removing problematic residents due to serious lease violations. At the multifamily tax credit property, inherited 11 vacant units and significantly increased occupancy by leasing 4 units within the first month, with 2 additional units pre-leased. Systematically brought the property up to date with recertifications that had fallen years behind, stabilizing operations and restoring community standards.
