In my role as a Computing Support Assistant, I provided technical and customer support across the campus, assisting professors and faculty members with audiovisual (AV) technology. I performed demo to help them better understand and utilize the classroom systems. Regular checks were performed on a building-by-building basis to prevent technical disruptions during classes, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

I worked closely with the manager and other AV team members to report and trouble shoot technology issues, such as rebooting classroom tablet control systems and addressing various technical challenges that arose throughout the days.
