My name is Edgar Amparo I'm 19 and I've been working at wendy's since October and have been looking for somewhere to work in retail where they give me more hours. I work in a fast-paced customer service environment where I’ve learned how to stay organized, work with a team, and keep things running smoothly during busy times. At Wendy’s, I take care of the main dining area by keeping it clean, stocked, and welcoming for customers. I work the front counter handling cash and orders, and I also help in the drive-thru by supporting my coworkers and making sure we keep service times low when cars are coming in nonstop. I prepare online orders as well, making sure everything is accurate and ready quickly. On top of that, I help with food prep like fries and nuggets, restocking, and cleaning wherever I’m needed. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoy working with people, and I’m looking forward to bringing my customer service experience to Sprouts.
