- Manage COIs, contracts, and amendments for 50+ vendors and independent contractors at 50 West
- Maintain tenant and vendor contact lists for 20+ tenants and 50+ vendors
- Create and program elevator and amenity access cards for 750+ tenant employees through BluB0x
- Reach out to 20+ tenants monthly for any outstanding balances and create monthly aging reports using this information
- Conduct monthly property inspections of 50 West and raised the inspection results YoY by 15%
