• Senior paint inspection engineer overseeing repaint project of a couple of platforms, including verifying compliance with paint procedures and datasheets, DFT thickness measurement, and marking areas requiring paint touch-up

• Senior Technical Inspection Engineer during the ROV Project, responsible for inspecting the contractor's operations. This included conducting ultrasonic testing (UT), implementing cathodic protection (CP), performing alternating current field measurement (ACFM), and carrying out flood member detection (FMD). My responsibilities also encompassed detecting damaged parts, verifying contractor reports on damages, and validating the recommended repair procedures.
• Carrying out comprehensive inspections on platforms and preparing detailed reports that highlight areas affected by corrosion and paint damage.
• conducting close visual inspections of platforms and creating detailed reports in Excel to document findings
• Performing interviews with ultrasonic test operators as part of the evaluation process.

• Responsible for inspection during the construction of South Pars Offshore Projects, including Phases 17&18, 19, and 20&21, covering topsides, wellhead jackets, tripods, flare towers, and access bridges
• Primarily responsible for the following tasks:
• Welding inspection in compliance with authorized WPS documentation and relevant industry standards
• For a broad spectrum of components, covering piping, vessels, equipment, and steel structural elements of the components mentioned above
• Supervision of PT, MT, UT, and RTI testing methods, interpretation of results, and report verification
• Senior Inspector responsible for conducting Welder Qualification Tests (WQT)
• Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) Inspector in ensuring that the results meet the acceptance requirements during my visit to the destructive testing laboratory
• Conducting post-weld Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) and ensuring compliance with the procedure
• Weld and NDT Inspection at C-MASTER Pipe Laying Vessel (Phase 17&18 Pipe Laying Project)
• Managing and updating the database, which encompasses a wide range of joint data, including fit-up, welding, pre-weld and post-weld NDT
• Completed accurate engineering calculations for weights, loads and other metrics using both manual and digital methods

Involved in the construction of South Pars Offshore Projects, specifically Phase 12-Topsides

Primarily responsible for the following tasks:

• RMI: Receiving Material Inspection (Piping)
• MTR: Material Traceability Report verification (Piping and Structure)
• Fit-up and Dimensional Inspection (Piping)
• Visual Inspection of Welds (Piping, Structure and Sealine)
• Supervising PT, MT, and UT operators, interpreting their results, and verifying reports (Piping and Structure)

• Conducting radiography on piping spools and welder qualification workpieces, followed by film interpretation.

• Welding and NDT Inspection Engineer with a primary focus on performing ultrasonic tests on welded connections in apartment steel structures.

My main responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, a variety of inspection tasks, including:

• Conducting both in-service and out-of-service inspections of oil storage tanks, adhering to the standards set by API 653.
• Regularly inspecting an array of equipment and structures such as pressure vessels, pipelines, offshore structures, and cranes. This also includes issuing repair instructions in line with relevant standards and conducting necessary tests like thickness measurements, UT, MT, and PT.
• Overseeing the inspection of potable water storage tanks during their manufacturing process. This involves tasks like inspecting fit-up, welding, and conducting welder tests.

• Utilizing AutoCAD to produce 2D blueprints and 3D models.
