Install, operate and redress the Fortress Cyclops 1000/2000 setting tool.
Install, operate and document Steelhaus dissolvable and composite frac plugs.
Work with wireline crews to assist in installation and setting Steelhaus plugs for customers.
Troubleshoot field issues and communicate with the on-site rep to complete task efficiently.
Maintain an accurate and timely inventory/record of tool usage for rental tools.
Provide field tickets to reflect redress and replacement of field-used tools.
Operate and maintain a 10 ton knuckle picker and log loader with grapple boomtruck.
Transport, load and unload railway materials such as tie bundles, rail and misc items.
Lead a 3 man crew and delegate tasks for repairs and maintenance on railway.
Perform supervisor duties including completing and conducting job briefings, JSA’s, safety meetings and pre rig in planning and discussions as well as equipment mobilization and readiness before, during and after each job.
Supervise a 2–3-person crew during coil tubing and frac pump down operations on a twin 1000hp fluid pump truck.
Complete maintenance and servicing equipment every set number of hours or whenever the quint or triplex pumps needed to be rebuilt, repaired, or changed out.
Help mobilize equipment to locations throughout Alberta and British Columbia such as fluid pumping trucks, chem vans, coil tubing units and pickup trucks.
Drive a twin cement truck to and from location to perform cement jobs.
Operate the pump or bulker while performing standard or foam cement jobs including remedial and conventional cementing jobs.
Complete maintenance and servicing equipment every set number of hours or whenever the triplex pumps needed to be rebuilt, repaired, or changed out.
Fill in on other departments such as Frac, Nitrogen and Acidizing jobs as well as drive various pieces of equipment.
