Additional Core Duties:

• Perform hazard analysis, develop and enforce company safe work procedures and policies, and circulate worksite rules and regulations. Conduct incident reports consisting of complex root cause analysis, effective corrective actions and punctual investigation follow-up. Responsible for responding to and maintaining compliance for ISO and Aventta membership. Problem solve and analyze a situation critically and logically, identify potential solutions, and form action plans. Create safety checklists, develop safety training materials, and organize safety meetings and activities. Be a presence in the field and available to all company management, field workers, and clients.
