  • Create and manage relationships with homeowners who experience catastrophic events to their homes and investments.
  • Manage, train, and develop Junior estimators. Manage entire sales, accounting, and production teams. Management tasks include overseeing customer service skills, daily tasks, weekly sales, deadlines, accounts receivables, contracts, and the review of all estimates for accuracy and profitability.
