I'm a certified Yoga Teacher with over 700 hours of professional training. I have experience teaching people of all ages, from childhood to seniors, and all levels of experience. My classes offer a safe place for people to explore challenging and progressive sequences, that will help them to build strength, agility, balance, and flexibility. I always offer variations and different options for the many different people who show up. I believe that my number one job is to keep people safe, which I do by incrementally leading people through warm-up drills to gradually more complex movements and sequences. I give clear and concise verbal cues based on best-available alignment principles as I understand them, and I'm constantly seeking to improve my knowledge of functional anatomy and fitness best practices.
