Managed project work scope effectively within the estimated budget with project contract ranging from 20M $ to 1.5B $.
Primary responsibilities including but not limited to comply with Company business policies, maintain client relationships, protect the project from unnecessary risks, manage resources for the project, provide overall leadership, and serve as a focal point for client communication.
Review and approve Project Execution Plan (PEP),Project Scope of Work, FEED,Weekly progress reports,Project Procedures,Project Meeting Minutes,Subcontract package scopes.
Monitors and control the Project Budget with respect to EAC, Daily progress completions, project Deliverables and Procurements.
Resolving Technical, complex construction related interfaces within Team and Contractors. Identification of Manpower skills,KPI and agreements, Construction Readiness reviews and HAZID/TRA,Evaluation of Schedule progress review.
Conduct Management Reviews and meetings includes the preparation of Agenda, Presentations, Graphs, Minutes during design, Procurement and execution to Project completion.
Ensure Project Completion report and Handover report with incorporating lesson learned during the project execution.
