  • Created work orders in SAP approving or denying timecards, for all OE’s working for contract companies using CMBD to process all invoices working closely with the accounting department making sure we stay in compliance according to SOX regulations for all contracts.

  • Tracked and analyzed over 1000 underground structures (vaults, manholes) for the Deteriorated Vault Project working closely with DPMO (Distribution Project Management Organization) to ensure all structures were inspected for ECS communication cable in order to determine the necessary steps to protect the cables while the vault is being replaced by the regions within Edison.
  • Provided monthly reports to senior management, and DPMO with statuses on the underground structures within the regions, completion of inspections, protect in place, and repairs for that month. Worked closely with all the regions analyst(s) to assure we met the yearly goal and stayed within the CPUC guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the ECS (Edison Carrier Solutions) Crews, managing all microwave and trouble ticket outages through Crew Manager (ECS data base) making sure all projects have been projected and completed, and theews and planner man-days have been documented completed, reporting monthly to senior leadership.
  • Report detailed analysis related to project budgets to Telecomm Engineers on all telecommunication utility projects using SAP, to record all Preliminary, Final, Year to Date, and Inception to Date Estimates, involving Sumitomo, Copper Cable Replacement, Transmission Network, and Client Project’s in order to manage expenditures and report an accurate forecast for future projects to the Telecomm Team monthly.
  • Work with all utility planners on preliminary estimates using WOES (work order estimating system) to track all associated cost to the project.
  • Working closely with all Transmission Telecom Planners and outside vendors as the lead analyst on pole loading, creating notifications through SAP for thousands of failed and passing poles to ensure all poles are repaired or replaced by project completion and GO 95 and CPUC guidelines.
  • Creating Processes – currently working closely with the Process Delivery Team helping develop and establish new processes and procedures for planning using Casewise to establish flow charts and procedures, for all of planning.
  • JPO – Tracked all Form 48, Form 2. Form 16, and Foreign JPAs, to verify all ECS work is completed accurately on Joint Pole.
  • Job Aid – created thirty job aids for the transmission telecommunication planning team. In order to have proper training manuals for new employment.
  • Process Writing – Created documentation of processes/procedures establishing formal documentation for Trans Telecom workflows collaborating with the Process and Delivery Team.
