TD Wealth Management - 4 Pillars Platform

• Conduct in-depth analysis on entire TD wealth clients base and built "4 pillars" strategy&framework to improve products penetration and client relationship over 4 major sectors for wealth management.
• Leverage KNN - K-nearest Neighbor model along with business rules to develop a product recommendation engine to address clients' personal financial needs according to their preference.
• Design & Built visualization platform in Tableau to show opportunities and track performance across "4 pillars" framework for executives, senior management and advisors across TD Wealth.
• Improve key products penetration ~10% on wealth management clients holding total ~$270B assets, which could potentially drive ~$2.6B new assets and ~$20MM revenue to TD.

TD Estates Operations - Assets Retention

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on transactional data to trace assets leaving TD in last fiscal year during estates transition process from deceased clients to their beneficiaries.
• Find out high risk accounts where assets are more likely to move out of TD. Uncover typical transaction types and patterns of assets attrition and retention.
• Come up with strategies to improve assets retention rate on high risk accounts holding total ~1.7B assets and potentially be able to keep ~$300M assets to stay in TD in a year.

TD Estates Operations - officer behaviors and performance

• Dig out extensive data in operation logs to highlight key activities (behaviors) and outcomes (performance) through officer's workflow.
• Built matrix to show relations between behavioral KPIs and performance KPIs.
• Design & Built scorecards in tableau to track behavioral and performance KPIs at department, team and officer level.
• Improve file resolution rate ~20% year over year.

BI Reporting Platform Development - Tableau & SQL

• Design & Build 100+ dashboards in Tableau for sales performance, inventory management and marketing for multiple clients in retail and beverage industry.
• Lunch an inventory management tool for seasonal promotion campaigns. Improved client's national wide store's in-stock% from 45% to 70% at promotion period which lead to ~$6.5M extra sales per year.
• Lead a QA project to ensure the data integrity and accuracy of 200+ dashboards in Tableau which need to be refreshed regularly for multiple clients. Average error rate per dashboard dropped from 15% to less than 1%.

• In charge of a weekly market report. Conduct data refreshing and dashboard auditing to ensure data integrity.
• Develop new dashboards in Tableau for marketing, customer retention, and campaign analysis.
• Work with data engineers to integrate data from multiple data sources (MSSQL, SAS, Microstrategy, ACCESS, etc.) and transform them into proper data structures to feed dashboards.
• Leverage data from Google Analytics to define key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns.
