I was working as consultant radiologist at IFCH since 2019 . During my period i was mainly dealing with Ultrasound , x ray and computed tomography . I can perform ultrasound on neonate, child , male and female adult. About 50-60 ultrasound i perform daily, vast majority of them are abdomen , pelvic , obstrectics ( 1.2 and 3 trimester), neck , scrotum , breast and msk. Others are doppler of lower limb , TVS, ascitic , pleural tapping and FNAC . BY myself i prepare final report and dispatch it . During my posting i have deal with different types of patient , some of them are very aggressive and also with my junior staffs . As a radiologist i am the member of NEPAL MEDICAL COUNCIL , NEPAL MEDICAL ASSOSICATION and NEPAL RADIOLOGIST ASSOSICATION . I also participated in different CME programme held in Nepal and in China.

During my 2 years posting in emergency and in general OPD mainly dealing with very sick patients like poisoning , myocardial infarction , road traffic accident , ectopic pregnancy , pv bleeding and sexual assorted cases. in general opd patients COPD , asthma , high blood pressure , Gastritis . we have to diagnose and to treat patient . During my posting in patan hospital , I can perform ECG, NGTUBE , CVP LINE , IV CANULA and FOLEYS CATHER and many more.
