• Design and develop strategy based on market trend analysis to achieve business objectives and goals

. Liaison with Health and Safety to ensure compliance

• Direct, supervise and train personnel engaged in sales, inventory, reconciling cash receipts or performing service for customer
• Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales
• Delegate task to the employees according to the work scheduled and establish rapport.
• Confer updated policies and procedures to personnel for smooth functioning of operations
• Handles cash and receipts for the sale of merchandise by performing duties such as counting the float, balancing cash, sorting and securing cash
• Keep track of sales record and report to management
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained by estimating upcoming needs.
• Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed .
