I’m a driven business student entering my final year at the University of San Diego with a strong passion for real estate and construction. My current goal is to gain as much hands-on experience as possible working in the field—ideally on single-family or multifamily residential construction projects. I’m eager to be on-site, learn how experienced teams manage timelines, budgets, and permitting, and understand how successful developments come together from the ground up.

While I eventually aspire to launch my own real estate development company, I know that starts with learning from the ground level—working under builders, project managers, and tradespeople who have real-world expertise. I’m looking for opportunities where I can contribute to a team, develop practical construction and project management skills, and add value through my work ethic, communication, and attention to detail.

Ultimately, I want to be a part of building great projects and gain the kind of experience that sets the foundation for long-term success in the development space. I’m hungry to learn, excited to grow in the industry, and ready to take on challenges that push me professionally.
