*Make rounds of buildings to ensure they are secure

*Do room checks and inform clients of any changes that need to be made

*Monitor client duty assignments to ensure they are being completed as assigned and in accordance with client duty descriptions

*Arrange for pick up and transport of clients

*Observes client behavior, investigates and handles disturbances, deals with client emergencies in accordance with guidelines, and reports incidents to appropriate staff or authorities

*Make entries to daily log book as required including logging rounds, disturbances, staff absences, and any other concerns

*Cleans, washes and disinfects building areas such as walls, windows, ceilings, floors, carpets, air vents, furniture, mattresses, blinds and washrooms by methods such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, sweeping, wet mopping, shampooing, waxing, and buffing, using various manual and power cleaning equipment. Notifies supervisor of major repair and maintenance requirements.

• Oversaw daily operations at site, keeping team production moving at optimal pace.
• Evaluated and updated safety protocols to reduce risks on construction and extraction sites.
• Lead a 2-5 person tree crew in performing all aspects of tree pruning and removal services safely and skillfully for major electric utility providers. Including but not limited to: o Pruning treetops, repairing damaged trees by trimming or removal
• Removing broken limbs from utility lines, roofs, and other objects o Application of tree identification knowledge and industry pruning guidelines ·
• Perform job-site inspections with proper planning and execution of assigned work and tasks · Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts and more · Mentor and train new employees

*Development, promotion and maintenance of programming and activities that are suitable in engaging youth (Cultural Bingo, Spa Night, Art, Floor Hockey, YMCA, Movie Night) . ·

* Prepare for dinner service by starting up and loading the steam table, setting out all side dishes and needed condiments. Ensure that there are enough plates, cups and cutlery for the meal service.

*Prepare and set up beverages (juice & coffee) · Provide engagement and supervision of youth in Oasis Coffee House and proximity of our building. Monitor and respond to youth conduct as needed.

*Foster a welcoming atmosphere. This is supported through the promotion of services available through the Living Rock through positive role-modeling, announcements, Evening Program bulletin board, activities, games and the development of the creative program strategies.
