  • Created and produced several award winning shows including ReVision Quest, Trailbreakers, Definitely Not The Opera, The Festival of Funny and Recovering Filipino.
  • Created and produced The Comedy Factory weekly podcast that has consistently been in CBC's Top 30 podcasts for years.
  • Successfully launched the “Content Factory” in 2002, creating stories for Radio, and Television programs across the Canadian network. It is a service that has expanded over the years and is one of the pillars of the CBC Regional program mandate.
  • Edited and vetted all content before publishing it or sending it to clients.
  • Worked with clients to determine exact project needs before delegating.
  • Kept up to date on client wishes throughout creative process.
  • Promoted CBC's Content Factory by giving exciting and dynamic presentations to clients and partners.
  • Managed projects encompassing 10 employees with flexible, interactive approach.
  • Recruited to work on CBC's DNTO in an executive position, supervising other team members and often working as Executive Producer, supervising staff of eight, and overseeing budget.
  • During this time, DNTO achieved its highest ratings ever, its youngest audience ever and won a Bronze World Medal at the prestigious New York Festivals. The award was especially satisfying as there were no other winners in the category that year.
  • Shot, produced and edited documentaries for a variety of CBC Television programs
  • Hosted CBC Radio One's Radio City, a pop-culture show focusing on the Prairie entertainment scene. I created and developed the show, then took on duties both hosting and producing. Achieved highest ever ratings in this time slot.
  • Developed schedules for production, editing and duplication for timely delivery.
  • Collaborated with network executives to define and propel organization's mission and vision.
  • Developed project budgets and managed production costs.
  • Orchestrated license agreements for music and footage, talent releases and distribution contracts.
  • Researched, developed and pitched stories that reflected unique sensibilities of the CBC Manitoba content unit.
