  • As a Rugby Facilitator, I was responsible for delivering TIRF's non-contact flag rugby curriculum in collaboration with Rugby Canada I worked with youth aged 5-14 at schools and camps across Toronto, conducting fun rugby-themed activities that fostered a love for the sport and encouraged greater participation in club rugby throughout the city.
  • From 2021 to 2023 we introduced thousands of youth to our Rookie Rugby program and dozens signed-up for club rugby plus our weekly houseleagues.
  • I too performed administrative tasks in tracking participation statistics using Excel spreadsheets, calling Teachers and Camp Leads to schedule bookings, filling daily reports of each training session and creating post reports of major our events using other desktop applications
  • With my personal experience in Canadian rugby, I was too resourceful to motivate participants to pursue the sport further by making participants aware of the opportunities available to them In directing them to appropriate persons that included coaching staff, current players and other representatives of local rugby clubs.
