Cashier Assistant.. pack groceries…keep till as clean as possible to assist the cashier.. interact with members in a friendly and professional manner..solicited members for upgrades to their membership by communicating benefits of our executive card and promoting the benefits of our CIBC Mastercard..

Have also done pre-scanning to ensure members are processed in a timely manner.. I’ve worked at both the entrance and exit doors as well.. go-backs of returned items are also a part of the cashier assistant job.. which I love to do.

I was seasonal for approximately a year and a half and then became permanent part time in April/24

• Worked directly with sales staff to promote and enhance an outstanding customer experience in the area of financial planning..
• Also worked directly with the management team to ensure consistency in coaching their staff to implement my training techniques.. with a joint goal of increased staff knowledge and sales

• Responsibility of achieving branch sales/service goals was my main focus..
• In branch training and overall customer service was ultimately an ongoing/daily focus as well..
