- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of 10 diverse product representatives and create an engaging on-road evaluation system for my team of sales professionals.
- Converted a struggling and unorganized Aftermarket team into a high-performance sales division by implementing a mindset of accountability and ensuring a strong work ethic was adhered to.
- Standardize the sales representative's weekly schedule to include 1 corporate office day for telephone cold calling/training/1:1's, 3 days on road prospecting/in-person customer visits & meetings, and 1 day at the home office to complete administrative tasks/quotes/phone prospecting/territory management producing dramatic gains in productivity and sales revenues.
- Maintained accurate records of all sales activities, including leads generated, opportunities created, and closed deals.
- Trained on identifying and selling 'Complete Solution Selling' principles to foster growth and capture additional market share in and through all lines of business.
- Generated reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, detailing regional sales metrics and KPIs, and presented successes and shortcomings/solutions to the executive committee.
- Held weekly 1:1 meetings with the sales team to analyze sales and to modify and implement effective sales strategies.
- Personally handle and negotiate key large accounts.
