- Conducts Grievance training for line officers, partner agencies, volunteers, contractors, managers, and executives.
- Consults with managers, consultants, and civilian oversight agencies to recommend resolutions for grievances and policy concerns.
- Organize, maintain, and archive hard copy and electronic files for use in investigations, civil litigation, and data collection.
