  • Supported, guided and mentored outgoing exchange students in all stages of their semester abroad (from pre-departure to post-arrival), built relations by providing excellent customer service, while ensuring accuracy of all the documentation (Grant Agreements, Learning Agreements, Confirmations of Study Prriod, Transcripts of Records, etc.).
  • Managed database in various softwares including InSIS, Mobility Tool+, OLS, etc.
  • Administered International Office's websites in WordPress, created newsletter content, managed regular updates, ensuring accurate information and consistent branding across all pages.
  • Wrote and coordinated grant proposals within the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Program (KA171).
  • Assisted in recruitment, hiring and onboarding of student assistants by conducting interviews, providing them with initial training, organizing and supervising their work.

Accomplishments
