When babysitting, I have various duties such as preparing meals, cleaning, and making sure I was always providing the child/children with a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

I volunteered at Telus World of Science as a guide. My duties included helping people with information about the exhibit that was showcasing, directions, and additional questions. While at this position I learned valuable leadership skills.

While volunteering at the Edmonton Food Bank, I had the opportunity to serve hot drinks and soup to the homeless people who attended. I packaged up meals and would hand them out, and any time we needed something like bowls, I would be the one to retrieve them. While doing this, I gained teamwork and productivity skills.

While homeowners were away, I cared for multiple animals on their properties. I've mowed lawns, watered flowers/plants, etc.
I answered the telephone/door and relayed important messages. Also, collecting the mail and keeping the property clean/safe. While doing this I gained time management and problem solving skills.
