
Highly driven and versatile chef with close to 20 years in the industry and 10 years in leadership roles. Excels in areas such as problem-solving , communication and time management. Graduated from the Culinary Institute of Canada in 2009, which my career then lead me across Canada and bring me to British Columbia, where I spent the next 15+ years honing my skills as a Chef and Leader. I have worked in many different places and situations including chef to high end guests on a floating fishing lodge in Haida Gwaii in northern BC, as well as places such as Tofino , where I learned many different skills including speed and efficiency, working along side some of the most talented chefs this country has to offer. These being but a small exert of my extensive background in the culinary field.
