As the Executive Director of Syme Woolner Neighbourhood and Family Centre, I bring a diverse skill set in executive leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning, with a hands-on approach to our programs. With my Food Handlers Certificate and extensive culinary experience, I am positioned to enhance our meal program, which provides over 500 hot meals weekly. My background in graphic design and marketing, combined with my experience as a musician and educator, will also allow me to introduce a future music program that empowers youth and fosters their artistic expression. My goal is to elevate Syme Woolner to the same level of excellence as organizations like the YMCA and United Way, ensuring our growth and long-term impact in the community.
