• Professional Staff/Graduate Assistant Recruitment & Training, (2023- Present) Directly oversees and manages the selection process, onboarding processes, trainings & staff development for up to 14 Residential Life Coordinators & Graduate Assistants, to ensure staff retention & satisfaction and drives continuous process improvements rooted in DEIA strategies.
• Resident Assistant (RA) Recruitment & Training, (2023 - Present) Directly oversees and manages the selection process, onboarding processes, trainings & staff development for up to 90+ RAs. Facilitates human-first training curriculum that equips RAs with the tools needed to create living/learning environments that allows students to feel seen, heard and valued.

California State University, Fullerton, Co-Chair:

• Sophomore Success Program, (2022- 2023) Offers specialized advising and career planning to enrich the Sophomore student experience in support of creating a sense of belonging on-campus and in the local community, contributing to their overall student success.

California Polytechnic State University, Co-Chair:

• Coordinator of Student Development Recruitment & Training, (2020- 2022) Created and led an inclusive recruitment process and on-boarding programs, including a mentorship initiative, Staff resource guide (on-campus/local community), etc.
• Resident Advisor Recruitment, Training, & Curriculum Development, ( 2019-2022) Created a safe, inclusive space that promoted authenticity and personal/professional growth by way of offering tangible applications to the RA role and motivation which allowed the student leaders to feel seen, heard and valued.
• Academics/Career, (2019- 2020) Revamped committee curriculum to integrate DEIA practices that focused on inclusive teaching/learning, culturally relevant & inclusive tutoring services, and collaborative research.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA), (2019- 2020) Worked diligently to create a sense of belonging for residents of color; equity-focused on student retention and inclusion.

Florida International University (FIU), Committee Member, Student Conduct, (2018- 2019) Addressed student behavior and promoted personal responsibility through effective decision making and problem-solving skills.

• SAGA Connect, (2017-2019) Organized a mentor program for over 35 graduate students. Recruited 20 faculty and staff to serve as mentors. Managed a budget of $1K each semester.
