Led several high priority initiatives across the org to ensure the Integrity of AI/ML Investments to keep the platforms, Facebook and Instagram safe for its users and executed Governance programs for all ML teams to comply with the Org's vision on efficiency.

Highlights:

1. Spearheaded org wide unification initiatives on ML model and ML platform consolidation including the use of Foundation models for teams to address shortage of machine capacity.

2. Automated a pipeline for identifying older/low performing models for deletion, saving $1.2 million USD.

3. Led an end to end ML pipeline automation program reducing Model retraining time from 6 months to 2 weeks thereby preventing risk of data/concept drift on Prod models which in turn complied with regulatory requirements.

4. Enforced Privacy reviews on all ML models that target a specific problem area - eg: Child Safety, Suicidal Interactions, Harmful Content etc to ensure they are used only for their intended purpose.

Helped big Financial Institutions like JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Société Générale automate their manual Third Party Risk, Privacy compliance and Cyber Risk Assessments by migrating their Due Diligence process from their on-prem legacy systems to the cloud, thereby guiding them in making the right decisions with their investment strategies globally.

Led the e-commerce 'Farm-to-Table' initiative with a focus on local farmers and the environment. The sole purpose was to connect local organic sources to environment conscious enterprises through a mobile app by providing them with fresh local produce which in turn helps reduce the carbon footprint on the environment.

Managed a team of customer facing consultants that helped clients migrate their Supply Chain financing solutions from legacy systems to Tradeshift's Cloud platform, planned project budgeting and resource allocation, guided on-time delivery of multiple projects in fast paced environments while ensuring strong relationship with customers pre and post go-live.

Highlights:

• Conducted onsite Project kickoff meetings and workshops with customers' business teams, led steering committee meetings with key C-level stakeholders during project execution phase
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, Product and Engineering, to prioritize new features roadmap/enhancement requests/issues and supported pre-sales opportunities
• Handled customer escalations ensuring timely resolutions by involving the right players and without any impact to customer satisfaction

Achievements:

• Successfully rolled out Tradeshift solution for UPS and FedEx in the US, DHL in Europe, Best Buy in the US and Canada, Corning Inc. in the US, Levi Strauss in Europe and to 18 countries across APAC, EMEA and AMER region for a data management company, Iron Mountain.

Led SaaS Integration projects within professional services team for external customers, helped Sales team with Pre-sales opportunities, provided training to business users.

• Managed both Project management and Technical Implementation tasks for several projects
• AS technical SME, helped product team build a mobile version of Axway's popular Healthcare product

Achievements:

• Won employee recognition award for the effort in successful production roll out to 8000 pharmacy stores across the US for Walgreens

Led a team of Engineers in migrating a 2D-DNA Barcode project from a Harvard Lab to ASU's Biodesign Lab and developed automated clone retrieval from storage using robots.
