• Lead, train, and coach a team of 25 cashiers
• Perform monthly evaluations of team members with respect to customer service objectives
• Responsible for opening and closing cash registers and ensuring constant checks and balances throughout the shift
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Manage the scheduling of breaks and lunches and ensure proper cashier coverage during sick calls
• Motivate cashiers to achieve corporate credit card registration goals by providing comprehensive training
• Supervise LOT associate to maintain safety and cleanliness protocols in the outside parking area and front apron.

• Manage incoming calls, listen, and assess customer needs to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided at every level
• Process sales at a cash register by scanning each product accurately, bagging them, and processing transactions from debit, credit, cash, or cheques
• Generate sales by engaging customers, using suggestive selling techniques, and sharing product knowledge
• Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Act as a liaison between customers, Project Support Centre, Home Depot Associates, vendors, installers, and third-party agents
• Prepare reports such as COM sales summary, Balance Dues, Change Visibility, Inventory Reconciliation Report, create orders, and set up leads for installation services
• Assist with merchandising, clean-up, and displays.
