Summary

As a Production Manager at Equispheres, I lead a team of process operators and quality control technicians to produce high-quality metal powders for additive manufacturing. I graduated with an Associate's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in 2018, where I gained the knowledge and skills to optimize manufacturing processes, engineering design, production management, and plant maintenance.

I apply my skills in Lean Six Sigma, problem solving, and attention to detail to ensure the safety, efficiency, and quality of the production operations. I also coordinate the feedstock cutting and production runs, allocate resources, and communicate with other departments to meet the reactors production goals. In addition, I provide training and coaching to new and existing employees, following the approved policies and standard operating procedures, and keep an up-to-date record of their performance and development. I have received multiple honors and awards for my hard work, flexibility, and performance, such as the Dean's Honour List and the Bravo! Spot Award. I am passionate about manufacturing excellence, team collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
