  • Extensive working experience in Instructional Designing, technical writing, ERP Training Content Development and Training Needs Analysis.
  • End to end training requirements and content creation responsibilities of solution design for different business partners across all verticals.
  • Creating checklists and standards for the training deliverables in various rollouts for ERP training projects.
  • Content Developmen t (Power point presentations) to represent Storyboards and customer blueprint documents in a structured and sequential manner for the purpose of converting it into an e-learning course (WBT) or an Instructor led presentation.

  • Coaching and mentoring of trainers who were not certified or who needed to be recertified
  • Preparing training data for quarterly audits (internal as well as external)

  • Conduct a skip at the end of each batch to ensure the hygiene of the batch
  • Liaise with the SME pool to upskill trainers on existing and new content
