I know providing solutions for customer problems, no matter what the problem may be, is the lifeblood of any service oriented business! It is the foundation of my work life experience since the age of 15 when I began my first job in grocery retail. As a small child I have always wondered how the things we use every day work, being a very curious child has stuck with me until now and with the exciting world of technological advancement, this mindset has allowed me to run my electric scooter and personal vehicles business. I am now doing well running my business but would enjoy adding another challenge to my life. I am a specialist in my related field which includes studying electrical schematics, being available at a moment's notice to solve a customer's problem. Having an understanding of most things mechanical and electrical. I also have experience with PVC repair as I have worked on residential sprinkler systems. I also have obtained my Field Representative Pest Control license and have been a successful Solar energy representative and excelled in customer acquisition. I have also completed the 40 hr HAZWOPER(Hazardous materials and situational awareness) training completion. I know that my upbeat attitude and ability to create instant customer rapport is a much needed asset for any open customer service position.
