• This job i got right before the pandemic . I worked all through the pandemic and helped sustain people who could not work due to restrictions . Sometimes 7 days a week , with 13 hour shifts . I thrived and truly felt like I was part of something bigger than myself . I found a sense of purpose and met alot of amazing people . I was able to hire my own crew to do these jobs so my boss could focus on the business aspect , I took care of my hires and taught them how to work as a team , and helped guide them to do the job in the safest and most effecient way .
