All fleet related processes incl. procurement, sales, reporting, compliance etc. are reviewed and streamlined with impacted departments, vendors & customers.

Supported ATCO implementing a new fleet management software (Maximo) to replaced Fleet Focus (FMS), merged ATCO Electric and ATCO Gas fleet into consolidated management tool. A prior unsuccessful GPS integration was mended into a functional, useful support system.
1 Year assignment with focus on NSC compliance audit.
This transportation and warehouse fleet required a lifecycle management strategy as well as an NSC program after an unsuccessful first audit by Transport Canada

In my role I was accountable for the strategic fleet life-cycle management, Federal NCS Compliance and Safety Programs. Annual operational budget responsibility of $42 million & indirect management of 52 facilities across Western Canada

Implementation of NSC program across AB, BC, SK, YK, NWT & US, and achieved companywide NSC compliance and subsequently passed Transportation Canada Audits in British Columbia and Yukon
