• I Led partner network business development for Asia–Latin America trade lanes, increasing volumes by more than 150% through growth of strategic accounts.

• Managed key accounts, supported the negotiation of long-term contracts, and designed tailored door-to-door and consolidation solutions.

From 2019 to 2023 based in Vietnam:

• Opened and structured a representative office in Vietnam and expanded the partner network to 15+ countries and 30+ agencies.

• Relocated to Shanghai to support the new stablishment of Blu Logistics China.
• Trained the OP teams of 7 branches on Import/Export procedures in LATAM
• Led an operations team, standardized procedures and KPIs, and improved service levels and incident resolution times.
• Led allocation management of Blu Logistics Colombia

• Managed end-to-end international logistics operations for air and ocean freight, coordinating with overseas freight forwarders, carriers, customs broker division, and warehouses.
