  • Oversee the care department - pastors, associates and interns. Book appointments as needed for each care team member.
  • Answer all emails, phone calls and walkins that come to the Care department.
  • Maintained confidentiality of sensitive information by adhering to strict privacy policies and implementing secure filing systems.
  • Oversee all financial requests that come in either by email, phone or walkins.
  • Setup meetings and interview with those requiring financial assistance.
  • Assess financial meetings and determine how best we as a church can support them.
  • Process financial assistance in various ways: rent payments, utility bills, gift cards, dental/medical bills, auto repairs, car purchases, etc.
  • Oversee all counseling requests. Paring them up with a pastor or a local counsellor in our community.
  • Work with local counselors we partner with to process Northview clients sessions and payments.
  • Oversee all memorial requests that Northview receives.
  • Work with the family to provide what they need to hold a service at Northview. This can involve preparing a bulletin, setting up slides on the screens, setting up the room with tables, tablecloths, chairs, etc.
  • Be the point person the day of the memorial to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Oversee Care courses we run throughout the year. Each course has a small group of volunteers. Making sure the volunteers have what they need each week to run the class and being the point person the day of the event. This can be photocopying, emailing registrants, preparing social media announcements, slides, online registrations, etc.


Office Manager

  • Oversee staff during the weekdays when our office is open. Making sure staff follow office policies. For example: dress code, office conduct, keeping staff kitchen clean, ordering office supplies.
  • Planning and preparing various events to encourage the staff throughout the year. To promote staff bonding.
  • Onboarding of all new staff on their first day.
  • Overseeing monthly admin meetings, making sure our admins have what they need to do their job well.
