- Provides ADL support: bathing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, and transfers in a 100+ bed LTC facility for 8-10 residents per shift

- Deliver dementia care and palliative support with compassion and respect

- Assists with medication reminders, wound care, and catheter care as delegated

- Ensures resident safety through fall prevention, lift equipment use, and infection control

- Communicates effectively with nursing staff, families, and residents

- Documents resident status and any changes in electronic charting system(PCC)
