control Practitioners, Public Health Units etc.)

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of appropriate documents
• Applied principles of universal laboratory hygiene practise by undertaking precautionary measure against infection and contamination such as proper handling of equipment, hazardous materials and by appropriate disposal of waste and sharps
• Assisted in the development of new testing methodologies, contributing to advancements in medical diagnostics.
• Kept laboratory in compliance with applicable guidelines and laws.

• Handling independently 24 hours / getting trained for 48 hours urine culture
• Identifying significant organisms and performing sensitivity testing
• Identifying, interpreting, and reports significant findings by performing confirmatory tests as required.
• Performing Gram Stains and differentiating stains
• Independently handling automated machine like MALDI & Kiestra

• Independently performed wet mounts preparation, Grams stains & Antibiotic susceptibility tests
• Isolation and identification of urine culture, stools and Miscellaneous
• Operated machines like, MALDI & PHOENIX
• Hands on experience on Throat specimen bench

• Independently performing phlebotomy, ECGs, data entry, sorting specimens, Packing of CAT-B, Preparing Malaria smears, Urine pouring
• Printing & Verifying, dispatch of reports, Ensured compliance with CSMLS requirements and laboratory procedures, including maintaining the cleanliness of lab equipment, instruments and work area.
• Discard of biohazard wastes according to protocols

• Independently performing phlebotomy, ECGs in long term care, nursing homes, house care and retirement homes.
• Collect, process and transport specimens diligently accordingly to SOP
• Managing inventory for home care under Kan-Ban system.
• Handling/banking daily cash collection for home visits

• Experience in Phlebotomy, Microbiology, Histology, Hematology, Collected and prepared specimens and performed laboratory procedures used in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
