- Test all collected approximately 100-150 in-process product, water, brine and finished product samples for internal chemical (Fat, Moisture, pH and salt) & Micro analysis (Coliform- E. coli, SPC and Yeast and Mold).
- Maintain document and track all results in associate databases, prepare COC and COA as per the requirement.
- Perform GMP audits and SQF internal audits.
- Ensure SOPs are followed and implement strategies and take action to ensure food safety and quality standard met HACCP and CFIA regulations
- Maintain Laboratory analysis records and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and SOP related to Laboratory procedures
- Review all internal results daily and reports non-conformance prepare KPI and GCO on monthly basis.
- Collect investigation swab, samples according to guideline to support root cause of non-conformance.
- Support LEAN implementation.
