Projects
- While working as a Tech Lead in Martinrea, was a part of 1*1 training. Worked on cycle time improvement of Line stations.
- Performed on ABB robot as a final project while pursuing PEM Course. During the project, performed on different welding joint like Tee joint, butt joint, corner joint, lap joint and edge joint by ABB.
- While pursuing post graduate in PEM, worked on project named Ball turning tool post to make rotary parts on lathe machine. Also, while working on the project , performed in different machines like lathe, milling, and welding. It was working prototype and achieved second place in class for our project.
- While pursuing Bachelor back in India, was part of group project that mainly focus on 3 Axis rotary trailer. It was small working prototype, which can be unloaded the trailer in three axis without application of impact force. The pneumatic cylinder is fitted with compressed air via the valve. The trailer is the ram of the pneumatic cylinder. The drive is linked to the compressor motor so that when the vehicle runs it stores the compressed air. This compressed air is used to activate the pneumatic cylinder. This can help the trailer to unload.
