• Autonomous Fire Extinguishing Bot: Developed BOT to detect fire and response quickly by turning on fire extinguishing system, which can be useful in unmonitored control rooms of buildings and industries. Detail integration of sensor’s inputs, camera and ARDUINO controller has been done for image processing and action has been programmed.
• Shortest Path finding Bot: Developed an algorithm to find the shortest path from the image, even if there are obstacles. It goes to the located point by finding the path by neglecting the obstacles and making it shortest.
• Pick and Place robot: Successfully integrated the Allen Bradley 500 series PLC and the ABB IRB 1200 series robotic arm to perform the pick and place operation and the machining operation, robot will pick and place the part in certain. Develop various target locations as teach points for robot to pick a part and drop it to particular location.
• Factory I/O Projects: Developed PLC ladder logics for “Box sorting factories according to their weight and height. Also done of troubleshooting during the making and execution of program because of sensor problems or latching issues.
• Programming for water treatment plant: Developed programming for the filter bed backwash sequence of a modern-day water treatment plant in studio 5000 software and Allen Bradley PLC Control logix.
• Improved the safety circuit for compactors at Apotex by thoroughly examining the safety control loop, replacing contact switches with contactless magnetic safety switches, and integrating a dual-channel safety relay to boost equipment safety
• Enhanced the performance of the automated material handling crane in the warehouse by accurately repositioning the sensors to prevent load misalignment errors, thereby significantly improving the efficiency of the material handling operations and trained warehouse personnel.
