• This Eco-Mine Tourism concept is the first in Country and appreciated by the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Sri Narendra Modi, in his "Mann ki Baat" programme by giving special compliments to the efforts undertaken by Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) in developing this concept of Mine-Tourism.
• Have been selected. an active team member in Gen-Nxt team where in the young managers are given an opportunity for about a time period of 3 months to interact with the top management in dealing with various company level policy issues and thereby suggest various measures/improvements for betterment of the company in improving its overall employee work efficiency and having a proper work life balance.
