  • Promoted a culture of continuous learning through the coordination of professional development opportunities and workshops for employees at all levels by within the organization by conducting Workshop for Junior level executives at the Subsidiary level order to assess their Competency level and developing leadership capability through coaching/mentoring and providing them with requisite training through tie ups with professional institutes like IIM (INDIAN INSTITUE OF MANAGEMENT).
