4-Implement safety and sanitation policies.

5-Manage inventory of laundry supplies.

6-Ensure customer satisfaction.

7-Train new staff members.

1-Wash, clean, dry, and fold numerous hotel linen and laundry items.

2-Sort the laundry items according to material and color.

3-Arrange clothes in the laundry room as per the specifications.

4-Wrap the laundry items for pickup or delivery.

5-Update the laundry list and record it on a daily basis.

6-Maintain cleanliness in the laundry room.

7-Assist fellow laundry attendants in loading and unloading laundry washers and dryers.

8-Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.

9-Provide various other laundry services if required

1-Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and other textile items.

2-Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures.

3-Performing minor sewing duties.

4-Keeping an updated inventory of laundry detergents and sewing kits.

5-Tracking maintenance and repairs on laundering equipment.

6-Ensuring that the facility remains clean at all times.

7-Anticipating and responding to customers' queries, concerns, and complaints.

8-Keeping sufficient tokens or change for the washing and drying machines, if required.
